I look forward to working with you and your children.

Growing up in an educational-based family, I have always recognized the importance of education. If you are ever in Irving ISD, you will see the John W. & Margie Stipes Elementary, named after my maternal grandparents. I look forward to working with you to explore the endless possibilities of learning!

The founders of Focused Ed spent over 6 years teaching together at two public Elementary schools. They have a shared belief in the power of education and the significance it holds on a child's future. Throughout the years spent in the classroom, Brenna and Jessica have worked with students whose educational, emotional, physical and social abilities varied (ADD/ADHD, emotionally disturbed, ODD, poverty, gifted & talented, Asperger's, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, MR, speech, dyslexia, dysgraphia, special education, ESL); yet they stand firm in the belief that ALL students can learn!
Throughout their time as educators, Brenna and Jessica have both had the opportunity to work with adult learners. Brenna and Jessica share a passion for continuing education and enjoy working with and training fellow educators. Therefore, Focused Ed, LLC's services extend beyond working with students to also working with and training public, private, and home-school educators!
We are ready and willing to work with you, and are available to serve you and meet your educational needs.

I just want to say to you Mrs. Newman...
You are an amazing educator that creatively worked with my child's learning style and needs. You established an amazing bond with Lily and all your students. I've never seen a teacher take such ownership of her students and pride in their accomplishments. I saw tears in your eyes at their graduation. Thank you for your follow through each year and for making the time to go to their graduation:) -Gema S. Argyle, TX |
Each year, at the beginning of a new school year my kids and I wait, in
anticipation, to see who their teachers will be. Well we were thrilled to find that we had Jessica Cozens as my son's 3rd grade teacher. Jessica is a loyal and dedicated teacher who not only taught my son with passion, she always loved on him too. My son loved his 3rd grade year, he loved being at school and loved learning. Thank you Jessica, it was a blessing to have you as a teacher, and we should have more teachers like you in this world. -Tisha W. Argyle, TX |
